Militants in More Areas Endorse Peace Agreement with Syrian Gov’t

The Russian Peace Coordination Center in Syria announced on Saturday that militants in more regions have ended battle against the Syrian government forces and joined the nationwide reconciliation plan.

The Russian Reconciliation Center for Syria announced that many more towns and regions have joined Syria’s Reconciliation Plan over the past 24 hours, pushing the overall number of those towns and regions that have endorsed the peace agreement to exceed 1,061

Meantime, sources said that negotiations still continue with the field commanders of terrorist groups in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Hama and Quneitra to persuade them to join the peace plan.

The Center announced on Thursday that militants in four more regions of Lattakia and Tartus provinces have laid down arms and signed peace agreement with Damascus.
