Israeli occupation forces carried out a new incursion into the town of Jubata al-Khashab in the northern countryside of Quneitra on Sunday, marking another violation of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement.

Occupation force, consisting of two military vehicles and several soldiers, entered the town and raided a local residence. The troops conducted a search of the premises before withdrawing toward a military position located within the Jubata al-Khashab nature reserve. No arrests were reported during the operation.

In a related development, shrapnel from an Iranian drone—intercepted by the occupation’s air defenses—fell near a bakery in the town of Khan Arnaba, causing material damage to several nearby homes.

This follows a similar incursion on Saturday evening, during which Israeli occupation forces entered Jubata al-Khashab and established a temporary checkpoint at the eastern entrance of the town.

Israel continues its systematic aggression and breaches of international agreements through ground incursions in southern Syria, including the harassment of civilians, arbitrary raids, and the bulldozing of agricultural lands.

The Syrian government consistently demands the immediate withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from its territory, reaffirming that all measures taken by the occupation in southern Syria are null, void, and carry no legal weight under international law.
