America delivers large batch of military equipment to Lebanese Forces

The United States delivered a large batch of military equipment to the Lebanese Armed Forces on Tuesday, the Ministry of Defense announced this afternoon.

According to the ministry’s report, the U.S. delivered a large amount of night vision goggles, telecommunication devices, and other equipment as part of their ongoing support to the Lebanese Armed Forces.In total, the whole delivery was estimated at a cost of $14.3 million (USD), the ministry added.

Lebanon relies on military aide from western nations like France, the United States, and the United Kingdom in order to boost their capabilities and strengthen their armed forces.
