Merkel Arrives in Beirut

German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, arrived at Rafic Hariri International Airport in Beirut and was received by Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri, the NNA reported.
Merkel is scheduled to meet with President Michel Aoun and House Speaker Nabih Berri and a number of other official in order to discuss various causes, including mainly that of the displaced Syrians.
