Casualties in New Israeli Attacks on South Lebanon
The Lebanese health ministry reported late Friday that an Israeli aggression on Nabatieh left one martyr. In details, a Zionist drone targeted a motorcycle in the south Lebanon city, which let to the martyrdom of one citizen.
A Lebanese citizen was martyred and another was injured on Friday as the Israeli enemy went ahead with attacks on south Lebanon in violation of the ceasefire which ended the brutal Israeli 66-day war on Lebanon in late 2024.
Al-Manar correspondent in south Lebanon reported an Israeli drone strike on motorcycle in the town of Kawneen.
Later on Friday, the Lebanese Health Ministry said the strike on Kawneed killed a citizen and injured another.
The attack on Friday followed a flagrant incursion into Lebanese territories on Thursday, in which Israeli enemy forces crossed the border into the town of Blida and executed a municipal worker, Ibrahim Salameh, at the town’s municipality headquarters.
The enemy forces also blew up the Husseiniyah building at the nearby Adaisseh village during Thursday’s incursion.
The Israeli enemy also staged a series of airstrikes in several areas across south Lebanon, according to our reporters.
The Israeli enemy continues to bomb Lebanon, mainly the country’s south, almost daily and maintains occupation over five posts along the southern border, in violation of a ceasefire deal reached following a brutal 66-day Israeli war between September and November 2024.
In addition to the Israeli violations, the Lebanese State has been subjected to unprecedented pressure by the United States, the first sponsor of the Zionist entity, to disarm Hezbollah.
