Israeli Cyberwarfare Targets Lebanese Netizens
Israeli Cyberwarfare Targets Lebanese Netizens Shiite News: After the firing and sit-in of local Takfiri Wahhabi terrorists on a government convoy in Lower Kurram area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the highway from Thal to Parachinar is still closed and the people trapped in Parachinar are waiting for the arrival of the convoys. According to the details, the main highway from Thal to Parachinar is still closed today due to the sit-in of a handful of Takfiris in Lower Kurram Manduri. The Takfiri protesters who sat on the highway say that the main highway will remain closed until the demands fulfilled. Due to the closure of the main highway, more food convoys going to Kurram are standing in Thal and the drivers have been waiting to go to Parachinar for eight days. According to the district administration, negotiations are ongoing with the Manduri sit-in protesters from time to time. As soon as the negotiations are successful, they will send another convoy of food to Kurram. Sources say that a convoy of 40 vehicles is waiting to leave from Thal for Parachinar. According to the police, steps are being taken to secure the road, while the district administration says that the convoy will be sent as soon as the route is cleared. It should be noted that the ongoing sit-in by a dozen and a half Takfiri protesters on the main highway has disclosed the power of the state. It seems that our government and state institutions are deliberately backing this handful of sit-ins. If all this is not the result of a plan, then why is the same state and its institutions that used force disproportionately on peaceful Shia protesters in Karachi at Numaish Chowrangi and Malir City, dispersing thousands of protesters, martyring two youths, injuring dozens, and arresting dozens? Isn't the state's priority to wall off the Shia nation?
Since cyberwarfare has become a major aspect of the military confrontations in the world, the Israeli enemy has been using social media in order pervade misleading ideas and carrying out spy missions against individuals and groups.
Lebanon’s Internal Security Forces warned a few days ago about one of the new accounts, and warned against entering and browsing an account via the “X” application named (@payameabi), which contains posts in Persian supporting the Israeli enemy
A post was published in Arabic addressed the Lebanese people, calling on them to disclose information pertaining to Hezbollah. This account is managed by Israeli intelligence with the aim of recruiting agents, and its center is Tel Aviv.
Legal experts spoke to Al-Manar about the penalties in Lebanon for dealing with the enemy, which depend mainly on the type of crime and its severity, but the most prominent penalties include:
– Execution: in the case of espionage or providing sensitive information to the enemy.
– Life imprisonment: in the case of cooperation with the enemy without causing direct harm that threatens security.
– Imprisonment for a specified period: in cases limited to providing non-sensitive information or less important threats.
In the event of a war with the enemy, the penalties may become more severe, as anyone proven to have dealt with the enemy will be treated as a “traitor” to the homeland.
Since the ceasefire took into effect on November 27, 2024, the Israeli enemy carried out an invasion of the Lebanese cuber system, sending messages, dialing phone numbers and publishing posts with fake job offers.
The Lebanese security agencies warned the citizens against interacting with such posts and messages, wowing a serious confrontation with the enemy’s cyber invasion.
