Sunnis in Iraq’s Dhi Qar volunteer to fight ISIL

Sunni volunteers from al-Rufai’ tribe in Iraq’s southern Dhi Qar province join armed forces to fight Takfiri militants of the so-called Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).

Earlier, many Sunni tribes have formed a Sunnah group in Basra to wage resistance to the notorious takfiri terrorists of ISIL-led by Abu Bakar al Baghdadi.

In other parts of Iraq too, Sunni tribes have joined hands with the Shia Muslims following the call of Grand Ayatollah Syed Ali Sistani to help Iraqi army’s war against the terrorists.
