Government to issue warrants for sectarian strife preachers

The MP, of the state law coalition, Sadiq al-Labban revealed that “the government would issue arrest warrants against those who instigated and participated in fueling sectarian strife through exploiting the demonstrations to split the Iraqi National Front. Among such exploiters included the name of the Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi. He said in a statement that the government has implemented most of the legitimate demands of the demonstrators, and nothing is left but the demands carrying out foreign agendas, as he put it. He explained that “those who carry out foreign agendas, trying to exploit the peaceful demonstrations, and keep them away from the right and peaceful track, to inflame the political situation and stirring the sectarian strife”.
