Gunmen detonate 3 mosques in Miqdadiyah, curfew imposed

On Monday, a security source announced, that an armed group detonated three mosques in Miqdadiyah District in Diyala, while indicated that the security forces imposed a curfew on the district.

The source said in a statement that, “Unidentified gunmen have detonated three mosques in Miqdadiyah District,” adding that, “Military reinforcements arrived in the district.”

He continued, “The security forces decided to impose a full curfew on the district till further notice.”
