Security forces dismantle 68 explosives north of Ramadi

The commander of Anbar Operations Command Maj. Gen. Ismail Mahlawi announced on Friday dismantling 68 explosive devices as well as the destruction of a vehicle belonging to the ISIS north of Ramadi.

Mahlawi said in a statement that, “Today, a force from the engineering department was able to dismantle 68 explosive devices that were planted by the ISIS in the houses and roads of al-Juraishy area north of Ramadi, without causing any damage or casualties,” pointing out that, “Another force from the army managed to destroy a vehicle belonging to the ISIS that had carried a machine-gun, while also destroyed a building in which ISIS elements were hiding in the area of al-Juraishy.”
