“Iraq will never forget the kindness of the Islamic Republic of Iran”

In an exclusive interview, Iraqi president Dr. Abdul Latif Rashid elaborates on how Iraq has managed to become a regional heavyweight in West Asia and perform a good role in mediating between the countries in this region.

He explains about the efforts Iraq has made to resolve Iran’s concerns about the armed groups that oppose Islamic republic of Iran.

There are historic, cultural, and religious ties deeply rooted in the history of the two countries. Therefore, the surge in export and import and cultural collaborations between the two countries was also discussed in this interview.
