Al-Sudani and Al-Hakim stress the importance of supporting the government by political forces

Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’a Al-Sudani and head of the Al-Hikma Movement, Ammar Al-Hakim, stressed today, Tuesday, the importance of supporting the government’s political forces.

Al-Hakim said in a statement issued after his meeting with Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’a al-Sudani, “We renewed our support to Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’a al-Sudani, for his government and its program to win the confidence of the Iraqi Parliament,” noting that “we discussed the latest developments in the political situation in Iraq and the region, and ways to devote the government’s work to serving our people and combating corruption to be the best credential for the national service government.”

He added, “We heard from the Prime Minister the government’s priorities and practical steps in these two files,” noting that “we stressed the importance of supporting this government by the political forces. Reform is a joint responsibility that everyone bears, especially the forces participating in the government.”
