Takfiri ISIL terrorists have publicly executed two people for alleged cooperation with security forces in the Iraqi city of Kirkuk, officials say.

Iraqi officials said that the terrorists carried out the executions on Friday in a main market in the Zab area, west of Kirkuk, in front of people.

The ISIL terrorists, who control large swathes of Iraq and Syria, have committed widespread atrocities in both countries, including thousands of executions.

On November 17, the so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that the Takfiri terrorists had executed nearly 1,500 people in Syria in five months.

“Of the total number of people beheaded or shot dead in mass killings by ISIL, 879 have been civilians, some 700 of them members of the Shaitat tribe,” said head of UK-based group Abdel Rahman.

The ISIL has also executed several foreign nationals, including US aid worker Peter Kassig, American journalists James Foley and Steven Sotloff and British aid workers David Haines, and Alan Henning.
