Iraqi forces discovered and destroyed 11 Daesh hideouts

Iraqi government forces have discovered and destroyed 11 hideouts and three tunnels of the Daesh terrorists in northern Salah al-Din province.

Iraqi media said the 11 hideouts and three tunnels of the Daesh terrorists were discovered and destroyed in a joint operation by the Iraqi army, police and popular mobilization organization, called the “Will of Victory”, in Salah al-Din province.

Iraqi government forces also succeeded last Saturday in an operation in the provinces of “Anbar” and “Salah al-Din” to uncover and dismantle several Daesh terrorist hideouts and tunnels.

Despite the defeat of the terrorist group in Iraq, there are still remnants of the terrorists in various parts of the country, carrying out terrorist acts from time to time.
