Tehran’s Friday prayer sermons
Tehran’s interim Friday Prayer Leader, Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati, has underlined that Islamic Republic of Iran welcomes establishment of security and calm in Iraq.
Ayatollah Jannati expressed content with, and welcomed the formation of Iraqi government, following eight months of delay and disputes in Iraq, while also lauding the resistance and insight of the Iraqi people.
Tehran interim Friday Prayer leader further pointed out that despite the pressures imposed by the US and its mercenaries in the region, the  Iraqi posts were granted fairly.He expressed hope that following bloody terrorist operations and insecurity in Iraq, security and calm would be restored in this war-torn country within the new era.
In further remarks, Ayatollah Jannati referred to the recent visit of the Leader of Islamic Revolution to the holy city of Qom as a prominent development in the history of Islamic Revolution.
Ayatollah Jannati noted that the positive impacts of the visit of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution to the holy city of Qom were much more than the predictions, while reiterating that the foiling of the conspiracies of the enemies, who were intent on somehow baselessly implying the existence of a rift between the Ulema, Sources of Emulation, and Velayat-e Faqih; as one of the major positive political impacts of this historical visit.
Ayatollah Jannati also referred to the significant presence of people, especially university students and pupils, during the demonstrations and gatherings on November 4, which marks the National Day for Campaign against Global Arrogance, while underscoring that Iranian insightful youths, who support Velayat-e Faqih or Governance of Supreme Jurist, and comply with the guidelines of the Leader of Islamic Revolution, have always been present in the scene and have always foiled the seditions.
