Large Gathering in Tehran Marks Arbaeen-Style 40th-Day Commemoration of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei

Shiite News: On the evening of August 18, a mourning and prayer gathering was held at the Imam Khomeini Grand Mosalla in Tehran to mark the 40th-day commemoration of the late revolutionary leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei. Senior officials and government representatives, along with people from various walks of life and a large number of members of the public, attended the gathering.

During the ceremony, participants paid tribute to the late leader’s religious, revolutionary and national services and offered prayers for the reward of his deeds.

The Imam Khomeini Mosalla remained filled with an atmosphere of mourning and reverence. Participants praised the late leader’s services and struggle and expressed their determination to remain committed to his ideas and principles.
