Iran delivers free medicines to Jam-e-Shifa Hospital Quetta

Shiite News: Iranian Red Crescent has provided a large quantity of free medicines to Quetta’s Jam Shifa Hospital.

The Vice Consul General of Islamic Republic of Iran Quetta, Faridoun Pir Loran and Consulate Officer Bahram Khadamian visited Jam Shifa Hospital Satellite Town in Quetta today and handed over the medicines given by Iran Red Crescent to Jam Shifa Hospital administration.

On reaching the hospital, Chief Executive of Jam Shafa Hospital Dr. Muhammad Ishaq welcomed them and gave them a detailed briefing about the hospital.

In the briefing, Dr. Muhammad Ishaq said that Jam Shafa Hospital has been providing treatment facilities to Afghan refugees and other people for 30 years.

All facilities, including emergency, are provided free of cost to the patients coming to Jam Shifa Hospital. Which includes treatment of various diseases and various facilities including ambulances.

He said that 150 to 200 patients are provided free medicines in the hospital every day after check-up in the OPD.
Apart from this, free facility of all tests is also available. Dr. Mohammad Ishaq thanked the Red Crescent of the Islamic Republic of Iran for providing medicines and other supplies.

Talking on this occasion, the Vice Consul General of the Republic of Islamic Iran Quetta said that the medical field is a sacred profession.

Medicines are being provided by Red Crescent of Islamic Republic of Iran for the treatment of poor patients in Jam Shafa Hospital.

He said that curing poor patients by treating them is also worship. In this era of inflation, Jam Shifa Hospital is providing free health facilities and medicines to hundreds of patients on behalf of Red Crescent Iran.
