Iran must be immunized against sanctions: Ayatollah Khamenei

Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei says Iran needs to be immunized against sanctions imposed on the Islamic Republic over its nuclear program.

“Today, the enemies have created problems for the country by [imposing] sanctions. If they set a condition which would harm your [national] pride in return for the removal of sanctions, what will you do then? Definitely no officials in the country will accept that,” the Leader said in a meeting with thousands of people in Tehran on Wednesday.

“You should do something that will immunize the country against sanctions,” the Leader added.
