Bahraini Regime Jails Sheikh Ali Salman for 7 Days on Remand

The Public Prosecutor in Bahrain announced that it decided to jail the Secretary General of al-Wefaq Islamic Association for 7 days on remand.
The Bahraini opposition described the regime’s action as serious.
For its part, the Bahraini regime troops suppressed the demonstrations that erupted next to Sheikh Salman’s house after the court’s decision.
