Millions of Shiites mourn Imam Hussain (AS) martyrdom anniversary around the world on Ashura.
The mourning processions and congregations were held in the America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia.
In each country of these continents, millions of Shiites came out on streets and raised the slogans of Ya Hussain (AS) and beat their chest to express grief and sorrow over the atrocities inflicted upon Imam Hussain (AS) and his companions.
New York, Washington, New Jersey in the U.S. Venezuela, Cuba, Bolivia, of American continent, London, Surrey, Bradford, Birmingham in the UK, and cities of Norway, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Austria of Europe, Canada, Sydney in Australia, Kabul, Herat, Bamiyan in Afghanistan, Dushanbe in Taikistan, cities of Uzebkistan and other countries of Central Asia, Moscow, Senegal, Nigeria and other countries of Africa also witnessed crowds of hundreds of thousands.
Tens of Ahlul Bayt followers participated at Imam Hussain mourning ceremony which was held at Islamic Centre of England.
The azadars were lifting banners inscribed with the slogans of Labbaik Ya Hussain (AS) and Haihat Minnaz Zillah.
