Iran Hosts Diplomatic Effort To Reduce Pak–Afghan Tensions

Shiite News: Pakistan has welcomed Iran’s diplomatic initiative aimed at reducing tensions between Pakistan and Afghanistan. According to the Foreign Office, Islamabad values Tehran’s offer and believes that dialogue and diplomacy are the most effective means to resolve current issues.
Pakistan emphasised that regional stability requires mutual cooperation, and any workable solution must come through meaningful engagement and responsible behaviour from all sides.
The Foreign Office reiterated that Pakistan supports peace and bilateral understanding, and appreciates constructive mediation to defuse the situation.
