Afghan Forces Detain Group of Taliban Militants in Nimroz
The Afghanistan’s National Directorate of Security (NDS), in a statement on Saturday, revealed that the country’s intelligence agency detained five Taliban militants in the Southwestern Nimroz province.
A statement said that the group was involved in a number of terror and destructive activities.
The statement further added that the group has confessed killing a local elder for 20,000 Pakistani Rupees in front of his home.
They five detainees are identified as Mullah Abdul Malik, Mullah Abdul Satar, Shafiullah Abu Bakar, Khairullah Mohammad Gul and Abdul Bari.
