6 terrorists of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and Sipah Sahaba arrested, online recruitment campaign failed

Shiite News: Despite the actions of law enforcement agencies, banned outfits Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and Sipah Sahaba have started their activities online, and online recruitment for terrorism has been revealed.

Law enforcement agencies broke these networks and sent details of online recruitment to Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz.

According to the report, these organizations recruited from Gujranwala, Lahore, Sahiwal, and Bahawalpur.

These organizations continued to recruit in Punjab. Networks of online recruitment campaigns have been dismantled based on cyber patrols and intelligence information.

The report further states that 6 persons, aged between 16 and 23 years, recruited to facilitate Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and Sipah Sahaba have been arrested.

Additionally, monitoring of anti-state elements has been stepped up and algorithms accessing social media users are being identified.
