Hezbollah Strikes Meron Airbase Again … Ben Gvir Says Northern ‘Israel’ Has Returned to Stone Age

The Islamic Resistance continued on Friday striking the Israeli occupation posts and settlements near Lebanon southern borders in response to the Zionist aggression on South Lebanon and support of Gaza.

Hezbollah Military Media issued consecutive statements to detail the attacks and their outcomes.

The first statement mentioned that, in response to the enemy’s attacks on the steadfast southern villages and peaceful homes, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the espionage equipment at the Air Surveillance and Operations Management Unit at Meron Airbase with appropriate weapons on Friday, August 23, 2024, achieving a direct hit and destroying it.

The second statement underscored that the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Al-Malkiya site with artillery shells at 9:40 am on Friday, August 23, 2024.

In support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and backing their brave and honorable resistance, the Islamic Resistance executed a series of operations against sites and deployments of the “Israeli” enemy army along the Lebanese-Palestinian border on Thursday, 22-08-2024, as follows:

1. At 7:00 am, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Branit barracks with heavy artillery shells, achieving a direct hit.

2. The Islamic Resistance fighters launched an aerial operation with a squadron of assault drones on positions of “Israeli” enemy soldiers in Kiryat Shmona settlement, accurately hitting the targets, in response to the enemy’s attacks on the steadfast southern villages and peaceful homes.

3. At 11:30 am, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the espionage equipment at Jal Al-Allam site with an assault glider, hitting the target directly.

4. At 11:50 am, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted positions of “Israeli” enemy soldiers in the vicinity of Al-Metula site with appropriate weapons, achieving a direct hit.

5. The Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a position of “Israeli” enemy soldiers in the vicinity of Al-Ghajar site with appropriate weapons, hitting it directly and inflicting casualties among its personnel, leaving them dead and wounded, in response to the enemy’s attacks on the steadfast southern villages and peaceful homes.

6. At 3:00 pm, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Al-Malkiya site with artillery shells, achieving a direct hit.

7. At 3:00 pm, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Al-Marj site with appropriate weapons, achieving a direct hit.

8. The Islamic Resistance fighters targeted buildings used by “Israeli” enemy soldiers in Al-Metula settlement with appropriate weapons, hitting them directly, in response to the enemy’s attacks on the steadfast southern villages and peaceful homes.

Hezbollah painful strikes pushed the Israeli extremist minister Itamar Ben Gvir to tell the defense minister Yoav Gallant, “You promised to return Lebanon to the stone age; in fact, northern ‘Israel’ returned to the stone age.”
