Pakistan will not accept pressure on Iran gas pipeline, FM

Shiite News: Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has said that Pakistan will not accept pressure on the Iran gas pipeline.

He made it clear that US or Saudi Arabia’s reservations on the project are not our problem, every decision will be made in the interest of Pakistan.

After attending the 15th Islamic Summit in Banjul, the capital of Gambia, the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister gave a media briefing and said that there were meetings with the delegations of many countries in Gambia and on the return of the Prime Minister, the Saudi Foreign Minister came to Pakistan with a delegation.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said that Pakistan will not allow anyone to veto its affairs, and will take a decision on the gas pipeline project with Iran in the country’s interest.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has said that a special representative was appointed regarding the incidents of Islamophobia at the global level on our proposal in the meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

The foreign minister said that he demanded an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, stop the use of indiscriminate force and efforts to provide humanitarian aid to the besieged Palestinians.

And the UN Security Council was urged to implement its resolution
