Ramadan will be observed as month of Palestine, PLF

Shiite News: Patron members of Palestine Foundation Pakistan (PLF) have said in a press conference at Karachi Press Club that highlighting the issue of Palestine is the responsibility of every human being.

The month of Ramadan will be observed as the month of Palestine, protests and rallies will be held along with Palestine Solidarity Conferences across the country.

Public should actively participate in the month of Ramadan, the month of Palestine campaign and not to avoid financial, moral, political and religious support to help the Palestinians.

PLF patron members including Muslim Pervaiz, Mahfouz Yar Khan, Allama Baqir Zaidi, Allama Qazi Ahmad Noorani, Israr Abbasi, Azhar Hamdani, Younis Boniri, Major (retd) Qamar Abbas, Karamat Ali, Bashir Saduzai and Dr. Saber participated in the Press conference.

The leaders said that the despotic Zionist government of Israel under the auspices of the United States, Great Britain and Western governments is carrying out a systematic genocide of the Palestinians.

The governments of Muslim countries are silent and apathetic, the government of Pakistan has also kept silent on the issue of Palestine

We demand the government of Pakistan and the political and religious leadership to take effective measures and raise their voice against the ongoing American and Zionist aggression in Palestine.

The silence of political and religious parties including the government is regrettable and condemnable.

The leaders called on Muslim and Arab governments to sever all ties with Israel.

The speakers appealed to the learned scholars and grand muftis of Pakistan to issue a fatwa in support of Gaza and the Palestinians.

The participants of the press conference demanded an immediate end to the Israeli aggression in Gaza and said that America is responsible for what is happening in Gaza.
