Shiite News: Houza Ilmiya Jamia tul Muntazar has received a notice from the Supreme Court (SC) for Shari’a and Islamic assistance in the revision petition of the Punjab government in the Mubarak Sani case.

The notice was received by Allama Muhammad Afzal Hydari. Along with the notice, the detailed decision of the Supreme Court on February 6, 2024 has also been received.

Allama Muhammad Afzal Haidari has said that the Muslim Ummah is united on the belief of “Khatam e Nabuwat” end of Prophethood and all the muslims have faith on it.

After consultation with the lawyers regarding the support of the Supreme Court, the answer will be prepared according to the instructions of Ayatollah Hafiz Syed Riaz Hussain Najafi, Principal of Jamia tul Mutazaar.

He said that in 1974, in the discussion of declaring Qadianis as a non-Muslim minority in the National Assembly, a fatwa was issued by Shia scholars Ayatollah Muhammad Hussain Najafi and Ayatollah Hussain Bakhsh Jara through late Member of National Assembly Abbas Hussain Gardezi and argument-based position was presented.

In which it was clarified that denying the end of prophethood is disbelief. Those who believe anyone to be a prophet after Muhammad Mustafa, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, are excluded from Islam and are apostates.
