Chairman MWM to meet IK in Adiala Jail

Shiite News: Chairman Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan Allama Nasir Abbas Jafari filed a petition against Adiala Jail Administration on not giving permission to meet Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan despite the trial court order.

In the Islamabad High Court, Chairman Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Allama Nasir Abbas Jafari filed a request to meet the founder PTI in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi.

Islamabad High Court directed the Superintendent of Adiala Jail to implement the order of the trial court. The trial court judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain had allowed the meeting as per the jail rules.

The administration of Adiala Jail did not allowed MWM Chairman to meet PTI founder despite the trial judge’s order.

Chairman MWM had filed an application in the Islamabad High Court for not holding the meeting, on which Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb has issued an order.

The court disposed of the petition with a direction to implement the order of the trial court and said that Superintendent Adiala Jail is bound to implement the order of the trial court.
