MWM, PTI huddle, to devise strategy for upcoming elections

Shiite News: A high-level delegation of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen under the leadership of Allama Raja Nasir Abbas met with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan.

A detailed discussion was held between the leaders of the two parties on important issues regarding the country’s political situation, cooperation between the two parties and the future plan of action.

On this occasion, a great tribute was paid to the founder chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Imran Khan for his courage, perseverance and unprecedented struggle for the rule of law in the country.

Chairman MWM congratulated Barrister Gohar Ali Khan on being elected through intra-party elections and assuming the responsibilities of party chairman.

Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari emphasized on the need for conducting fair and transparent elections in the country and the peaceful and effective transfer of power in the light of the will and intention of the people.

He said that the ongoing oppression and fascism in the country should end now. Peaceful political activities are the right of every party. All political parties should have equal opportunities to participate in elections.

On this occasion, Vice Chairman MWM Syed Ahmed Iqbal Rizvi, Secretary Political, Asad Abbas Naqvi, Syed Mohsin Shehryar, Mazahir Shagri were present.
