Shiite News: The Chairman of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri has given a strong reaction to the biased decision of the Indian Supreme Court to end the special status of Occupied Kashmir and said that there is no hope of justice from the Indian Supreme Court.

Violent thinking of Hindutva, also reached Indian Supreme Court. On August 5, 2019, the Indian government has violated the human rights by ending the special status of occupied Jammu and Kashmir, which has no precedent in the history of India.

It is also targeting civilians across the Line of Control by violating it to cover up its internal weaknesses and serious human rights violations in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

He said that the Kashmir issue is not related to the restoration or cancellation of 370A by the Supreme Court, but is related to India’s stubborn attitude.

Give Kashmiris their right to self-determination, but today, despite the passage of 74 years, the people of Occupied Kashmir are deprived of their basic rights and are confined in a prison.

Peace cannot be established in the region until Kashmiris get the right to self-determination by ending the siege.
