Shiite protest fruitfulness, FIR filed against entire team of the controversial play “Firqa e Ishq”

Shiite News: The protest of Shian e Haider Karrar (A.S.) became successful, a case was registered against the entire team of the controversial drama serial “Firqa e Ishq” based on insulting the school of Shiite and mourning, legal action was started against the producer, director and cast on the court order.

The entire team of the controversial drama serial has been sued in the police station Civil Line Lahore in the complaint of Advocate Khawar Abbas of Lahore High Court.

The names of E Max Production, drama writer Khurram Abbas, director Hasan Talat, producer Farhan Gohar, actress Hiba Bukhari, Sana Fakhri, Arsalan Naseer, Akbar Aslam are included in the FIR.

On the written request of Advocate Khawar Abbas, the FIR has been registered under Section A-298 for blasphemy.

In the FIR, the position has been taken that showing the love story and dating during during procession is the insult of Shiite school of thought and a conspiracy to malign Fiqa e Jaffaria.

It should be noted that on November 8, Advocate Khawar Abbas filed a petition in the Lahore High Court to ban this controversial play and file a case against its team.

The Court had issued an order to register the case against the producers and actors, the petition under Section 22A was filed by eminent lawyer Mian Khawar.

It should be noted that this controversial drama was a web series for which only the promo was released, the way in which the sacredness of the Shia school was insulted in this promo was in no way tolerable. By taking action, the country has been saved from a new communal conflict.
