Silence of government, security agencies, media on Parachinar is worrisome, Nasir Sherazi

Shiite News: Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan Central Secretary General Syed Nasir Abbas Sherazi during a press conference in Islamabad in the context of the ongoing tension and siege in Kurram Parachinar district for the past one week, said that in the most sensitive border area is at risk for all.

Federal and provincial governments and security agencies have to play their constitutional role instead of being spectators. Currently, Parachinar is presenting the scene of Gaza.

He said that in the last 6 days, many innocent Shia citizens have been martyred by terrorists, due to the siege, the movement of citizens and essential items being stopped.

He said that Parachinar is being thrown into fire and blood under a well-thought-out plan. This whole game is being played to divert the attention of the awakened people of Pakistan from the Gaza issue.

Nasir Sherazi further said that the behavior of the government and law enforcement agencies is worrying, media blackout cannot change the situation. If the situation in Parachinar is not taken seriously, the situation may worsen.
