SUC delegation calls on Iranian Acting Consul General Ali Reza Ustawari
Shiite News: The delegation of Shia Ulema Council Balochistan met with the Acting Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ali Reza Ustawari and informed him about the problems faced by pilgrims on the occasion of Arbaeen Hussaini.
A delegation headed by Vice President of Shia Ulema Council Balochistan, Allama Syed Muhammad Raza, met with Acting Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Quetta, Ali Raza Ustwari.
On this occasion, he mentioned the difficulties faced by the pilgrims going to Iran and Iraq from Pakistan on the occasion of Chehlam Syed ul Shahada.
The delegation requested to keep the Iranian immigration in Taftan active 24 hours upon the arrival of the convoy for the convenience of pilgrims.
Along with this, it was also requested that like Iraq, the Islamic Republic of Iran should also make visa fee free on the occasion of Chehlam. The Iranian Acting Consul General told the delegation that they will consider their requests.
The delegation of Shia Ulema Council of Balochistan Province included Provincial General Secretary Syed Ijaz Hussain, Deputy Information Secretary Syed John Shah Afzali, District President Karbalai Jawad Hussain and Al-Zeeshan Caravan owner Karbalai Rahim.
On the other hand, the central vice president of the Shia Ulema Council, Allama Syed Sabtain Haider Sabzwari, has said that the death of Ayatollah Muhammad Hussain Najafi, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, is an irreparable loss to the Islamic world.
He further said that his role was paramount for national unity. He was always a supporter and partner of the national leadership.
Ayatollah Muhammad Hussain Najafi was an advocate of inter-faith and inter-religious unity. He was proficient in Arabic, Persian and Urdu. The books written by him will continue to play the role of national guidance. Today, the world of Islam, especially every believer in Pakistan, is saddened by his death.
