Jafari urged govt to arrest culprits involved in ‘Jaranwala tragedy’

Shiite News: MWM leaders have strongly condemned the Jaranwala tragedy and expressed solidarity with the Christian community.

The evil-doers and those who blaspheme the Quran should be arrested. Leaders of different religions addressed the ceremony organized in Church of Trinity Karachi.

The event was presided over by Bishop Sadiq Daniel, President of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan Karachi Division Allama Sheikh Mohammad Sadiq Jafari, Allama Qazi Noorani of Jamiat Ulema Pakistan, Dr. Sabir Abu Maryam of Palestine Foundation Pakistan, Jamshed Hussain of Human Rights Council, well-known religious leader Muaz. Nizami, Sikh Youth Council president Mughan Singh, Hindu leader Vijay Maharaj and others participated.

The leaders expressed deep concern and condemned the tragedy of Jaranwala and said that those who insult any religion and sanctity are the tools of anti-Islamic forces.

We are all Pakistanis and we are all united for the integrity of Pakistan. The performance of the police administration on the Jaranwala tragedy was poor.

The Jaranwala tragedy seems to be part of a well-thought-out conspiracy. Those who insult the Holy Quran and the miscreants who set fire to places of worship should be arrested.

Muslims and Christians throughout the country should show mutual love and solidarity. The suffering of the Christian community of Pakistan is the suffering of all the Muslims of Pakistan.
