Hearts are saddened on Jaranwala tragedy, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas

Shiite News: Chairman Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen (MWM) Pakistan Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari strongly condemned the Jaranwala incident and said that our hearts are saddened and we are ashamed of this incident.

We stand with the Christian community. The burning of houses and places of worship is very sad, attacking houses and churches and demolishing them is against the teachings of Islam, this brutal treatment of the minority is a shameful act.

He said that the situation of intolerance in the country is getting worse day by day, we are not learning from the past, it is surprising to pass the controversial sectarian bill despite the successive incidents of violence by powerful circles.

The provincial and central government oversees the lives and property of the victims. No effort should be spared to ensure security and conduct a transparent investigation into the incident and punish the main culprits.
