Inheritor of Holy book Imam Hussain AS appeared as guardian of the Qur’an in Karbala, Domki

Shiite News: Allama Maqsood Ali Domki, the central secretary of Majlis Wahdat Muslim Pakistan, said that insulting the Holy Quran is a shameful act.

Instead of being complicit, European countries should stop this atrocity. He also condemned the cases registered for mourning in Pakistan.

These views were expressed by MWM leader Allama Maqsood Ali Domki while addressing the main procession of Ashura Day in Jacobabad.

On the occasion of Ashura Day, on the appeal of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan Chairman Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri, like the whole country, the Quran Day was observed in Jacobabad as well.

On this occasion, while expressing love and affection for the Holy Quran, the blasphemy of the Holy Quran by the anti-Islamic forces was strongly condemned.

At the DC Chowk in Jacobabad, thousands of mourners shouted slogans of “Labik Ya Hussain” and “Labik Ya Quran”.

Addressing the main gathering of Ashura Day, Allama Maqsood Ali Domki said that Imam Hussain (AS) is the inheritor of the Quran. When Yazid accursed denied the Holy Qur’an and divine revelation, the people of Karbala came to the field as defenders of the Qur’an and today’s Hussainis are standing firm against the Holy Qur’an.

The leader of MWM said that insulting Quran in the name of freedom of expression is a shameful act. Instead of being complicit, European countries should stop this atrocity.

He said that registration of cases against mourners in Punjab and KP is a shameful act. The FIR is on the crime, while the mourning and assembly of Imam Hussain (AS) is a great act of worship.

The Constitution of Pakistan and the United Nations Charter guarantee us religious freedom. He said that the provincial government of Punjab should reconsider its Yazidi attitude. Due to which millions of citizens of Pakistan feel hatred for them.
