Govt should ensure the security of Muharram processions throughout the country, Allama Ahmad Iqbal

Shiite News: Vice Chairman Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan Allama Syed Ahmad Iqbal Rizvi has said in his statement released from the media cell that the government should ensure security measures in connection with Muharram, and play its full role in establishing peace and order in Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir including the four provinces of the country.

He further said that all Muslims throughout the country should play an important role in maintaining the atmosphere of mutual unity and religious harmony by actively participating in the mourning of the grandson of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS). Unity among Muslims is the urgent need of the hour.
