Shiite delegation calls on Governor Sindh to discuss Muharram arrangements

Shiite News: In connection with the arrangements for Muharram, a joint meeting of Shia Ulemas, Organizations and elders was held at the Governor House under the chairmanship of Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesoori.

The delegation informed about the problems faced in the Azadar e Syed us Shohada in various districts of Sindh including Karachi.

The visiting delegation also demanded to the governor Sindh to direct K Electric to be exempt from load shedding during the month of Muharram as well as expressed serious concern over the increasing incidents of kidnapping for ransom in Kashmore Kandhkot Ghotgi.

On this occasion, the Governor of Sindh presented a resolution condemning the insulting of the Holy Quran in Sweden, which all the participants declared their support for.

Kamran Tesuri decided to appoint two officials of the Governor House at the 24/7 help desk during Muharram.
“I will personally welcome Allama Aqeel Al-Gharvi and invite him to address at the Governor House” said Kamran Tesoori.

On this occasion, President of Shia Ulema Council Sindh Allama Asad Iqbal Zaidi, President of Central Organization of Azadari SM Naqi, MWM leader Ali Hussain Naqvi and Other scholars and scholars were also present.
