Killer of Shaheed Mohsin Naqvi trying to get bail, murder record still missing

Shiite News: No progress could be made in the 26-year-old murder case of the famous Poet of Ahlul Bayt Shaheed Mohsin Naqvi.

The CTD officers failed to find the records of the case. Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Ijaz Ahmed Buttar conducted the hearing.

The court adjourned the further hearing till May 20 while seeking a report on the case against the responsible officers.

The CTD officials said that a new record of the case is being compiled by taking copies from the police station, and the newly prepared record of the case will be presented at the next hearing.

Accused Ajmal alias Akram Lahori has filed a bail application.

Pertinent to mention here that this negligence and incompetence of the CTD authorities seems to be a nefarious conspiracy to release Akram Lahori from the court.
