SUC’s Al-Quds rallies across country, clashes between police, workers in Islamabad

Shiite News: On the appeal of Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, Youm Al-Quds was observed across the country under the auspices of the Shia Ulama Council.

After Friday prayers, Farzandan e Toheed took out Al-Quds rallies to express solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people and demanded the end of the illegal state of Israel.

Al-Quds rally outside Lahore Press Club was led by Secretary Shia Ulema Council Punjab Qasim Ali Qasmi.

Elders, women and children participated in the rally and raised slogans against Israel and America. On this occasion, the flag of the illegitimate Zionist state of Israel was also burnt.

The Quds rally expressed solidarity with the Palestinian people by passing various resolutions and demanded a solution to the Palestinian issue from the international community, and expressed concern over the further construction of Jewish settlements on Palestinian land.

Leaders of Shia Wifaq ul Madaris and Jafaria Students Organization also participated in the rally.

The central leaders of the Shia Ulema Council Hafiz Kazim Raza Naqvi, Allama Hasan Raza Qumi, Haji Amir Rashid, Allama Asghar Arif Chishti, Mufti Ashiq Hussain, Parvez Akbar Saqi, Ehtzan Kazmi, Chaudhry Saghir Abbas Work, Baba Muhammad Shafiq Butt, Qari Khalid Mahmood, Prof. Mehmood Ghaznavi, Rana Manan, Pir SA Jafri, Pandit Bhagat Lal, Bishop Afzal and others also participated.

This rally was baton charged by the police, they said that they cannot allow a few people to hold a separate rally on the abandoned road since 2014.

On the other hand, in Karachi, SUC led by Allama Shabbir Hasan Maythmi held a Quds rally from Regal Chowk to Press Club in which a large number of workers including scholars participated, the participants were holding banners, placards, organizational flags. And they held up pictures of Allama Sajid Ali Naqvi and shouted slogans against the atrocities of America and Israel and in favor of the oppressed of Palestine.

Apart from this, the Shia Ulema Council in the four provinces, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan also took out holy rallies on the orders of Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi and expressed their anger against America and Israel.
