Effect of faith on Day of Resurrection is shown by human actions, Allama Kazim Abbas Naqvi
Shiite News: On behalf of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen District East Karachi, the 9th annual Ma’arif Quran program is going on in the Catholic Ground Soldier Bazar.
On the fourth day of Maarif Quran program, Allama Syed Kazim Abbas Naqvi gave a lecture on the topic of “Tashreeh wa Tafseer Surah Al-Waqiya”.
Explaining the commentary of the first few verses, he said that when a person sees a certain situation, he uses the past tense.
When a calamity befalls him, he says, “Now I am dead,” when in fact he is not dead yet. But the calamity comes before him in such a certain state that he will no longer survive and he uses the past tense.
Similarly, God has mentioned the Day of Judgment in a certain state and said that when the Day of Judgment occurs, it will be as if the resurrection has happened.
Maulana Syed Kazim Abbas Naqvi said that the nature of man is such that if the concept of punishment is removed from the mind of man, he tends towards sin.
Fear is needed to create reformation in man. Thought of accountability man. If all members of the society live away from sins, then there will be no need to fear God’s punishment.
If accountability starts in every institution of our country today, then surely country will develop. Lack of accountability leads to give birth of pharaohs.
If the belief of monotheism (Toheed) is not clear, then the belief of justice, prophethood, imamate and resurrection will not be understood.
If we want to be good Muslims, then the belief of resurrection will not be understood. Belief must be clear. The effect of faith on resurrection is shown in the true sense of man’s actions.
