An unimaginable offer from the brotherly neighbor Iran to the energy crisis-prone Pakistan

Shiite News: Director of Culture Islamic Republic of Iran in Karachi, Dr. Saeed Talebi, has said that relations between Pakistan and Iran are developing day by day, while border trade is also increasing.

We have laid a gas pipeline, it is obligatory for Pakistan to lay their part of the pipeline, we can give very cheap gas to Pakistan, which Pakistan cannot even imagine.

He expressed these views while discussing the promotion of relations between Pakistan and Iran with the officials and members of the club at the dinner given by the Karachi Editor Club at Sajjad Restaurant located on Sea View.

Which was organized by the chief of the restaurant, Sajjad Bev. On this occasion, Karachi Editor Club President Mubasher Mir, Secretary General Manzar Naqvi, Senior Vice President Colonel Mukhtar Butt, Agha Masood, Brigadier Tariq, Najam Mosvi, Haseena Jatoi, Khurshid Haider, Sajid, Ilyas Kamboh, ZH Khurram, Azeem Qureshi, Sajjad Restaurant head host Sajjad Dayo, Hameed Bhutto, Lala Asad Ejaz Haider and Naeemuddin as well as Iran Culture Center spokesperson Najam Mosavi attended.

Director of Iranian Culture Center, Saeed Talebi Nia, while speaking, added that we have long-standing relations with Pakistan and we want to further develop these relations, while some countries want to spoil our relations, but we will not support them.

He further said that more measures are needed to promote trade with Iran, we want the trade between the two countries to increase.

He said that this trade can be done through barter and can also be done with Pak Iran local currency, the goods of Iran are very good in terms of quality and they are in great demand here.

He said that the exhibition of Iranian goods in Karachi in recent days has had a very positive effect and we want that such exhibitions should continue in the future and Pakistan should also exhibit its goods in Iran.

He said that we want to promote film art and literature so that the people of both countries are aware of each other’s culture.

Mubashir Mir, President Karachi Editors Club, during welcome speech, highlighted the aims and objectives of the club.

He said that the friendship between Pakistan and Iran are centuries old. According to a survey, 75 percent of the people of Pakistan consider Iran as their favorite country.

He said that our Urdu language contains a lot of Persian words, as Persian language has been spoken in India for hundreds of years, while poetry has also been written in Persian.

MD Legend Hotels, Azeem Qureshi said that we consider Iran as our home, we should recognize our friend, Pakistan was an agricultural country, we have made it an industrial country, now Pakistan has only a window that is tourism, it will give business to both small and big cities, Iranians come here, we go to Iran, we can exhibit tourism and food in Islamabad, Karachi and other cities, while the same exhibition is in Iran.

On this occasion, Manzar Naqvi, Secretary General of Karachi Editors Club, thanked the distinguished guests and said that such meetings bring positive results, we hope that the relations between Pakistan and Iran will improve a lot in the future.
