Muawiya Azam, an apple of eye of agencies having fun in Europe despite being in schedule four

Shiite News: There are countless examples of unequal and double laws in Pakistan. One such recent example is the member of the Punjab Assembly of Sipah e Sahaba/Lashkar Jhangvi, the country’s biggest notorious terrorist organization and the son of insolent of Imam Mahdi AJTFS Azam Tariq Malhoon, Moavia Azam traveled to Europe despite being included in Schedule Four.

According to sources, on September 28, 2021, Moavia Azam has been re-notified in the Fourth Schedule due to being an activist of the banned organization Sipah Sahaba Pakistan.
According to the notification, Moavia Azam Tariq will submit his original passport to the concerned police station.

If he goes somewhere else from his permanent residence or to meet someone, he will take permission from the concerned police station in-charge.

He cannot go to public places. Being in the Fourth Schedule, their money or property will be considered frozen. Police and Counter Terrorism Department Punjab will keep an eye on their activities.

While giving an interview to a private news agency, Moavia, the leader of banned Sipah Sahaba, said that despite being in the Fourth Schedule, his name is not in the exit control list. Nor have their weapons been cancelled.

He said that ‘when there is opposition to the government, there is strictness, if there is no opposition to the government, then there is lenience everywhere.’

He further explains that he can withdraw all the money from his bank accounts and even go for Umrah as he is a ‘political man’ and there are no such strictures on him.

It should be noted that Shia patriots and Ahlul-Sunnat Ulema are severely punished for being named in the Fourth Schedule and they also have to submit applications to the relevant police stations for traveling from one district to another district so that they can go to that area and pray for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and Ahle bait AS, one cannot promote the message of the unity of the Muslims, cannot inform the nation of Pakistan about the global colonialist conspiracies.
