Shiite delegation meets DIG Investigation in Lahore

Shiite News: DIG Investigation Sohail Akhtar Sukhera met with a high-level delegation of School of Ahl al-Bayt.
In this delegation, Allama Syed Hassan Hamdani, Provincial Vice President of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan, Punjab Province, Allama Nader Abbas Alvi, Provincial Leader of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan, Southern Punjab Province and Provincial Member of Quran Board, Government of Punjab, Amir Abbas Mirza, Provincial Member of Baitul Mal Department, Government of Punjab, Khurram Naqvi, the well-known mourner and Shia leader of Pakistan, Afsar Raza Khan, leader of the Ahl al-Bayt school of Pakistan, and other personalities were also present.

In the meeting, the problems and difficulties faced by the Shia school were discussed.

In the coming days of (Rajab, Shaban and Ramadan), the roles of the administration and the processions of Martyrdom of Muala Amirul Momineen Ali (AS) were discussed.

In this regard, different concerns were expressed about banyan majlis, mourning imams and khutbahs and the obstacles, threats and negative propaganda against the school of Ahl al-Bayt through social media.

DIG Investigation Sohail Akhtar Sukhera and Lahore administration were praised for their efforts in maintaining law and order.

The delegation assured that the school of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) has always followed the path of Muhammad (PBUH) and the family of Muhammad (Peace be upon him) and has not left the path of peace.

DIG Investigation Sohail Akhtar Sukhira thanked the delegation and said that such meetings should continue.

The administration is always ready to maintain peace and order. The administration makes special security arrangements for mourning gatherings and celebrations and gatherings on the days of martyrdom of Amirul Momineen (AS) like every year and this year too, precautionary measures and full-proof security arrangements will be made in this regard.

The delegation thanked DIG Investigation Sohail Akhtar Sukhira. The meeting was held in the office of DIG Investigation Sohail Akhtar Sukhira which lasted for an hour.
