Shiite News: Allama Maqsood Ali Domki, the Central Secretary of the organization and head of the curriculum committee of Majlis Wahdat Muslim Pakistan, has said that imposing religious ideas on any citizen that contradicts his religious beliefs is a violation of the Constitution of Pakistan.
He expressed these views while talking to Federal Minister for Human Rights Riaz Hussain Pirzada.
Allama Maqsood Ali Domki said that the cases filed by declaring mourning and worship in the month of Muharram and Safar as a crime are a violation of human rights.
We appreciate the courageous action taken by Riaz Peerzada inside and outside the National Assembly regarding these violations of human rights.
The controversial education curriculum is also a serious violation of the basic human rights stated in the country’s constitution.
In this regard, you should play your part in removing the concerns of millions of citizens of Pakistan.
Speaking on this occasion, Federal Minister Riaz Hussain Pirzada said that as the Federal Minister of Human Rights, I am the protector of the basic human rights of all the citizens of Pakistan.
The Constitution of Pakistan guarantees the rights of all schools of thought and citizens.
Teachings of other religions cannot be imposed on any school of thought in the curriculum.
I will convey your concerns and concerns to the relevant authorities in this regard.
