Different areas still under water, flood victims are in dire need of blankets, warm clothes, Allama Domki
Shiite News: MWM leaders visited different districts of Balochistan province in connection with the survey of destroyed houses and mosques of flood victims.
On this occasion, Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan Central Secretary Organization Allama Maqsood Ali Domki, Provincial President Allama Syed Zafar Abbas Shamsi, Provincial Vice President Allama Sohail Akbar Sherazi and Anjuman Hussainia representative Imdad Hussain visited the flood affected houses and mosques.
Speaking on the occasion, Allama Maqsood Ali Domki said that the flood victims have been suffering from difficulties for the past several months.
While the government did not make any serious effort to rehabilitate and rebuild the flood victims.
Building houses for flood victims is a good move. For which good people should come forward. He said that although most of the flood-affected areas have now dried up and business life is going on.
But still 10pc areas are under the water. That means many villages are still under water. The poor people are in dire need of blankets and warm clothes during the severe cold season.
Speaking on the occasion, Allama Syed Zafar Abbas Shamsi said that serving the poor and backward sections of the society is a great act of worship.
