Parents Victory, Dua Zahra reaches home

Shiite News: After a long struggle and prayers of the nation, the victory of steadfast parents, Dua Zahra reached her home.

The Sindh High Court temporarily handed over the girl to her parents in the Dua Zahra kidnapping case.

In the case related to the abduction of a minor girl Dua Zahra, the extradition case was heard by the Sindh High Court.

During the hearing, the lawyer of the accused Zaheer Ahmed told the court that this application is inadmissible.

The lawyer of the accused Zaheer Ahmed further said that the petitioner should approach the trial court, the girl was sent to the shelter home on the court orders, the girl was not kept in custody unnecessarily, the girl is the main witness of this case.

The lawyer of the accused Zaheer Ahmed said that the parents have met the girl five times, they ask the girl whether she wants to go to the parents or not, the accused Zaheer Ahmed should also be allowed to meet the girl.

Justice Iqbal Kalhoro called the girl and asked her name, to which the girl said that my name is Dua Zahra, I was studying in the seventh class, my parents and sister are present in the court, I am with my parents, I want to go with them.

The accused lawyer Zaheer Ahmed said that the girl should be stopped from being taken out, on which Justice Iqbal Kalhoro said that everyone wants to go to their parents’ house, no one wants to leave their parents’ house, the courts are open to all.

The girl is young and wants to go to her parents, does not want to go to a shelter home. The court asked the girl’s father, Mehdi Kazmi, what guarantee will he give to the court? The court while talking to the girl’s mother said that we are giving you the girl, you have a heavy responsibility now.

The Sindh High Court, while allowing the girl to go with her parents temporarily, said that the decision of the permanent handover of the girl has to be decided by the trial court.
