Interior Minister fails to take action against terrorists

Shiite News: Knowing the number of wives and children of the Taliban, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah failed to take action against the terrorists.

Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that the number of terrorists of the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan in the region is between 7,000 and 10,000 and they include those who surrendered first.

In an interview to private TV, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah said that the number of banned TTP terrorists in the region is between 7,000 and 10,000 and the number of their families with them is 25,000.

He said that local people were also involved in crimes like extortion and blackmail and alleged that the provincial government had failed to stop them.

He said that the main reason for this is the failure of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government and the counter-terrorism department, because prevention of the attack in KP was their job.

Rana Sanaullah said that Pakistan has its own army to protect its borders and if the provincial government cannot handle the situation, it can request the federal government.

On the perception of the outlawed TTP using negotiations and ceasefire to revive itself, he said the group never disbanded and was further strengthened by the success of the Afghan Taliban.

While agreeing to the proposal of a multi-party or national security meeting on the growing threat of terrorism, he said that such meetings should be held, but stressed that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government needs to sit down and negotiate with the federal government first. .

He said that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government needs to inform the federal government about law and order in the province and is ready for the necessary support from the centre.

He said that we had two meetings in Islamabad, where the chief minister was invited but he did not come, because he was planning a long march in the federal capital and was not given permission by party chief Imran Khan.
