Shiite News: December 28, 2009, the black day of the Ashura tragedy in Karachi, when 13 years ago on this day during the main Ashura procession, a horrific explosion occurred during Asr prayer, in which more than 50 lovers of Imam Hussain (A.S) were martyred and hundreds of mourners were injured.

Facilitators and killers are still free and beyond the grasp of the law, while the families of dozens of martyrs are still waiting for justice for their loved ones from the state of Pakistan.

It has been almost 13 years since the Ashura tragedy in Karachi, but police, Rangers and other sensitive law enforcement agencies failed to arrest the Nasibi Takfiri terrorists involved in the bomb blast on the day of Ashura Hussaini (AS) in 2009.

According to the report of the Shiite News Monitoring Desk, in a report published in a local English daily Dawn on December 17, 2012, it was said that two and a half years have passed, but sensitive institutions, including the police and Rangers have failed to arrest the terrorists involved in the bombing on Ashura Day. While the file of the Ashura Karachi tragedy is being buried under the dust.

It should be noted that the Nasibi Takfiri terrorists involved in the Ashura bomb blast in 2010 managed to escape from the premises of the City Court with the help of their Nasibi terrorist associates, after which they could not be arrested.

In the year 2010, three Nasbi Takfiri terrorists Murtaza alias Shakeel, Muhammad Saqib Farooqi and Wazir Muhammad were escaped by the terrorists of the banned terrorist Takfiri group Jundullah after an attack from the city court, while one of the terrorists’ accomplice, Murad Shah, was shot back by the police.

The Nasbi Takfiri terrorists were related to the banned terrorist group Jundullah, while they were accused of four consecutive bomb blasts in December 2009, including 7, 8, and 9 Muharram for detonating bombs in the main procession on the day of Ashura Hussaini (AS). The lawsuit was also involved.

It should be noted that more than 50 mourners of Imam Hussain (A.S.) were martyred in the Ashura tragedy in Karachi, while more than a hundred were injured, including children, women, youth and the elderly.

The case of four bomb blasts against Nasbi Takfiri terrorists, including the Ashura bombing tragedy, is still pending in the Anti-Terrorism Court No. 3.

On June 26, 2010, Nasbi terrorists were brought to the City Court to hear another case. Colleagues of Nasbi Takfiri terrorists launched an armed attack on the police and freed the three Nasbi terrorists from police custody, while one of their Nasbi terrorists, Murad Shah, was killed by police firing.

The Anti-Terrorism Court No. 3 had issued temporary arrest warrants for the arrest of the three escaped Nasbi terrorists and issued instructions to the police to arrest the three Nasbi terrorists as soon as possible and produce them in the court.

Today, more than 11 years have passed since the Nasbi terrorists involved in the Ashura tragedy in Karachi escaped, but the police and sensitive institutions have failed to arrest the terrorists.

The most surprising thing is why the cases against these three dangerous Nasbi terrorists were not processed in the prison premises.

While the police and sensitive institutions were aware that the Nasbi Takfiri terrorists are extremely dangerous. There are dangerous criminals and attempts can be made to make them escape.

On the other hand, the investigation teams are fully convinced that the escaped terrorists had an important role in the Ashura tragedy.

However, it is surprising that due to the lack of adequate security arrangements by the police and jail authorities, the Nasbi terrorist hideout was not found.

Legal experts say that in the most important and major cases, due to the long absence or non-arrest of terrorists, the cases become weak and the benefit is given to the terrorists.

It has been observed that the unavailability of witnesses in many cases and changing their statements or not appearing in court and due to the fear of death threats from terrorists, the terrorists who have killed hundreds of people get freedom and the cases are weak.

And due to the long lapse of time, even the police are unable to maintain their contacts with the witnesses and eventually the cases become weak.

Nasbi Takfiri terrorists involved in bombings in Muharram processions in December 2009 including the Ashura tragedy in Karachi were arrested after a police operation in the Hawke’s Bay area on January 23, 2010.

At the time of their arrest, Nasbi Takfiri terrorists had admitted that they were once again planned to target mourning procession through a car bomb attack.

The details of the cases against the arrested Nasbi Takfiri terrorists under the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 were sent to Anti-Terrorism Court No. 3 where the Nabisi terrorists were charged under provisions of Anti-Terrorism Criminal Code 265-C. However, the Nasbi terrorists managed to escape from the court.

Nasbi Takfiri terrorists Murtaza aka Shakeel and Saqib Farooqi were involved in detonating bombs during mourning processions on the Day of Ashura Hussaini (A.S.) as well as 8 Muharram.
They are also involved in the bomb blast that took place during the mourning procession in Paposh Nagar on 19th.

Nasbi Takfiri terrorists Murad Shah, Haider, Hasnain and Sajid were involved in the bomb blast during the funeral procession in Orangi Town on 9th of Muharram. Seventeen mourners of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) were injured in the bomb blast.
