EC issues show cause notices to all parties of GB except ITP

The Election Commission (EC) has issued show cause notices to all the parties of Gilgit-Baltistan except the Islamic Tehreek Pakistan (ITP).

Election Commission (EC) Gilgit-Baltistan has issued show-cause notices to political parties for not submitting returns.

According to the notice, the provincial leaders of the political parties have been ordered to appear in person before the Election Commission on December 20.

It should be noted that before this, the Provincial Election Commission has already served notices to all the parties of GB except ITP for failure to submit the details of assets.

According to which these parties were asked to submit the details of their accounts within 14 days, in order to participate in the upcoming elections of the provincial assembly or local government
